SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

By opting into any Oakmont Management Group (“Oakmont”) mobile messaging program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Express Written Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you certify that you are (i) at least 18 years of age; and (ii) the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll. You provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS) from Oakmont, including messages sent via an autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or residency agreement.

  1. Program Description & Frequency

Messages may include community updates, emergency alerts, care coordination, and marketing promotions. Message frequency varies based on user interaction and community status.

  1. Opt-Out & Support
  • To Cancel: You can cancel the SMS services at any time. Jus text STOP to the short code.  After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • To Get Help: Reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or get help directly at oslmarketing@oakmontmg.com.
  1. Cost & Liability

Message and data rates may apply. Oakmont is not responsible for any mobile charges incurred. Neither Oakmont nor the wireless carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy.

  • Non-Disclosure: Your mobile information and opt-in data will not be shared with unrelated third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Data Usage: Collected data (mobile number, etc.) is used solely to provide and improve our messaging services.
  1. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these SMS Terms or the delivery of text messages shall be resolved by individual, binding arbitration in the State of California. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Oakmont harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your provision of a mobile number that is not your own or your failure to notify Oakmont if you relinquish your mobile number.

  1. Changes to Terms

Oakmont reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued enrollment in the program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
