Scott leads operations across Oakmont’s portfolio, overseeing performance and the disciplined execution of daily community operations. He works in close partnership with regional and cross-functional leaders to deliver strong, consistent results while fostering a high-performing culture rooted in Oakmont’s mission and values. His leadership ensures a reliable, high-quality experience for residents, families, and team members alike.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of San Francisco.

Outside of work, Scott is a proud “girl dad,” often found on the sidelines supporting his daughters in softball, volleyball, and cheer.
