Rina Younan
Managing Director, Transitions & Acquisitions
Rina leads community transitions, acquisitions, and new developments. She ensures each community is operationally ready and performing at Oakmont standards – from systems, processes, and procedures to sales and marketing alignment. Rina works closely with outgoing operators and capital partners to execute seamless transitions, while serving as a direct liaison to the C-suite on key strategic decisions.
She holds a Culinary Arts Certificate from the San Diego Culinary Institute. Outside of work, Rina is a proud mom who enjoys outdoor adventure and travel, passing her adrenaline-driven spirit on to her young son.
