George LaPaglia

In partnership with the Executive Team, George leads Oakmont’s growth strategy, directing the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of acquisitions and new ventures. He has been instrumental in expanding the company’s portfolio while strengthening the analytical infrastructure that supports decision-making across the organization. In addition to driving portfolio growth, George has developed robust FP&A capabilities that provide greater visibility and actionable insights for operational teams.

He holds an MBA from New York University and a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University. Outside of work, George enjoys surfing and coaching his children’s sports teams.
