I N G R E D I E N T S:
- 4oz. Lo Mein Noodles
- 1 Sliced Onion
- 1/4 Shredded Cabbage
- 4-5 Sliced Mushroom
- 1 Carrot
- 2-3 Green Onion (Bias Cut)
- Black Sesame Seeds (as needed)
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1/4 Cup Sriracha
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Sesame Oil (as needed)
- 4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1/4 Ginger (minced)
P R E P A R A T I O N:
- Cook your lo Mein noodles for about 3 minutes if fresh or about 6 or 7 minutes if dry.
- Cut all your vegetables to desired size or shape, and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine your mayo and sriracha with a whisk. Add salt and pepper to desired taste.
- Using a large pan or wok, add sesame oil to pan. Sauté onions first for about 1 to 2 minutes then add the cabbage, carrot, half of the green onions, and mushrooms, and cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Then add soy sauce and noodles and cook for 1 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Serve in bowl and garnish with Spicy Mayo, green onions and sesame seeds.
