Chef Fernando’s Easy Gourmet Lo Mein

• 4oz. Lo Mein Noodles
• 1 Sliced Onion
• 1/4 Shredded Cabbage
• 4-5 Sliced Mushroom
• 1 Carrot
• 2-3 Green Onion (Bias Cut)
• Black Sesame Seeds (as needed)
• 1 Cup Mayo
• 1/4 Cup Sriracha
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Sesame Oil (as needed)
• 4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
• 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
• 1/4 Ginger (minced)

P R E P A R A T I O N:

1. Cook your lo Mein noodles for about 3 minutes if fresh or about 6 or 7 minutes if dry.
2. Cut all your vegetables to desired size or shape, and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine your mayo and sriracha with a whisk. Add salt and pepper to desired taste.
4. Using a large pan or wok, add sesame oil to pan. Sauté onions first for about 1 to 2 minutes then add the cabbage, carrot, half of the green onions, and mushrooms, and cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
5. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Then add soy sauce and noodles and cook for 1 30 seconds to 1 minute.
6. Serve in bowl and garnish with Spicy Mayo, green onions and sesame seeds.
