She also oversees the development of comprehensive training programs that elevate performance and ensure consistency across the organization. She leads with a focus on continuous improvement, ensuring teams have the tools, structure, and clarity to execute with precision.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, often camping and fishing together in the Pacific Northwest.
