Oakmont of Montecito provides Assisted Living and Memory Care for residents. Medication management, grooming, dressing, bathing, continence care, ambulation, and other services are available in assisted living and memory care communities.

Our team will supply you with a Physician’s Report as you prepare to move to Oakmont. This form will be used by your primary care physician to give us any medical information that may aid us in determining how we can best assist you. You will meet with our Health Service Director for a level of care assessment in addition to the Physician’s Report. You and the Health Service Director will review your requirements and develop a care plan during this discussion.

Oakmont of Montecito’s goal is for residents to be able to stay with us as their needs evolve. Our care plans are adaptable to your specific requirements and can be changed anytime. Our adaptable personal care program can adjust to your changing needs, whether you require more or less care over time.

Our care team is on-site and available 24 hours per day. Our licensed nurses are on-site 16 hours per day.
