My mother had her first one month anniversary at Oakmont Redwood City in the assisted living building. We give it five stars. Nicole, the Marketing Director, was my first contact. She's responsible, knowledgeable and follows through timely. The facility is beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always available to lend a helping hand. They all know our names and always greet us with a smile. Whenever we have called for assistance, they respond very promptly. The restaurant staff provide great service and the food is very good. The activities are plentiful and the residents seem happy. The new management strive to improve and it's working. I'm very pleased and appreciative that my mom is residing here.
