Our Philosophy
At Oakmont, life is designed to be vibrant, joyful, and purposeful. The Traditions program provides a relaxing setting and specific activities centered on music, sensory, and tactile stimulation for individuals with memory loss. Residents are engaged by compassionate and specially trained team members who provide them with the extra care and patience they may require. The program’s foundation continues to be the community, dining experience, and social connection.
Our energetic team assists residents in organizing their time so that each day is filled with fun activities and meaningful social connections. To maintain memory and improve cognition, we encourage involvement in physical and brain fitness activities. Residents can take part in activities such as music, movies, painting, and small group events that spark conversation and create wonderful memories.

On a daily basis, meaningful and personalized group activities provide enriching experiences and connections with others.
