When it comes to Thanksgiving there are some traditions you just don’t mess with. From the turkey, to the pumpkin pie it can be hard to give up those meal items that we’ve come to know and love, but what about making those traditions taste the same, with a little healthier twist?

After winning three massively competitive cooking competitions on the Food Network, Chef Rina Younan wants to help everyone cook a healthier and more delicious Thanksgiving than ever before. She stopped by our Sac&Co. kitchen to share some of her top Thanksgiving Day tips, including a twist on the traditional stuffing recipe. Chef Rina showed Mellisa how to get away from a heavy-carb meal, and create a flavorful dressing with produce like carrots, mushrooms and whole grains. Check out the video to see how she made it!
