LIEE Awards William Gallaher

Mr. Gallaher is the Chairman of the Board of First Community Bank. He is a principal in Oakmont Senior Living LLC (OSL), which has developed senior assisted living and Alzheimer’s communities in three western states since 1995. Many of these facilities are still owned and operated by OSL. Oakmont Wins SAGE Award (Project of the Year)

The Southern California 55+Housing Council honored Oakmont Senior Living with a 2013 SAGE Award for Project of the Year in the continuing care retirement community category during a ceremony in Costa Mesa on November 20. Oakmont’s Executive Director Ken Garnett accepted the SAGE Award recognizing Capriana, the company’s world-class retirement campus in Brea, for its innovative approach to retired living and continuing care services. Since 1995, SoCal 55+Housing Council has recognized individuals, projects and programs with SAGE Awards for their efforts and outstanding contributions to enhancing the quality of life for Southern California residents aged 55 and older. This year, Capriana was one of only four community projects to be honored at the 19th Annual SAGE Awards. Completed earlier this year, Capriana is Orange County’s newest and most luxurious retirement campus. Montecito Adds Memory Care

Santa Rosa, CA – March 31, 2011: Oakmont Senior Living, a recognized leader in the retirement industry, is enhancing one of its key properties, Montecito, with the addition of “Traditions” Memory Care. SEGOVIA AT PALM DESERT NOW OPEN

PALM DESERT – May 12, 2010: Segovia, the new five-star retirement community with resort-style residences in Palm Desert, will open its doors to new residents on May 14, following a grand opening event that took place on Thursday, May 6. More than 300 guests attended the celebration – titled Bravo! at Segovia – and were greeted with Spanish- themed food, beverages and entertainment located throughout the 9-acre complex. Currently, Segovia’s 121 residences are 60% sold and new residents will begin moving in May 14. “After what seemed like a short development process, all of us at Segovia are thrilled to be welcoming our new residents,” said Steve Kregel, Executive Director of Segovia at Palm Desert. “This is a big moment for the people who are moving here. Segovia Sales Brisk

PALM DESERT – March 10, 2010: Segovia, the new five-star retirement community with resort-style residences in Palm Desert, has seen an extraordinary amount of interest in the first offering of its 121 residences at the new Palm Desert location. More than 50% of the models available have been reserved and sales have moved faster than anticipated.
